The special-occasion end of the counter. Blue swimmer crabs raw, male and female. Live mud crabs. Soft shell crabs, lobster tails, cooked rock lobster, Alaskan king crab claws and Moreton Bay bugs.

Most of this is bought for a reason — Christmas, a birthday, a table of people you like. Ring ahead if you need a particular thing on a particular day; it moves fast and we'd rather set it aside than disappoint you.

Cooked lobster and crab need nothing but splitting, a lemon and somewhere to put the shells.
